Managing Partner & Broker

Cameron Mai

As principal, Cameron Mai is involved in many aspects of commercial real estate services including tenant representation, landlord representation, business brokerage, investment sales, and development.

Cameron Mai started her career in commercial real estate in 2010 with Richardson-based Pacific Century Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage firm that is well-known in the D-FW Asian community.

Cameron previously was with the Weitzman Group, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. Cameron has a passion for delivering excellence and creating value for her clients.

Mai is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Mai received a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Mai’s project leasing experience has covered numerous suburban projects including New Century Square, 99 Ranch, Walnut Plaza, Legacy Plaza, 14 Jupiter Plaza, Lewisville Marketplace, Oakridge Plaza, Buckingham Plaza, Northstar Plaza, Saigon Central Market, and more.

Cameron represents a variety of clients including Kungfu Tea, Feng Cha Teahouse, Uptown Cheapskates, Metro PCS, Kumon, Chicken B.B.Q., King’s Crab Shack, Anaya’s Seafood, Submarine Crab, Burning Rice, Below 40 Poke, Rollin Sushi, Kyodai Sushi, White Tiger Taekwondo, MStella Nail Bar, Modern Nail Bar, Luxx Nail Bar, Avery Nail Bar, Mochinut, Louis Coffee, Melby’s Desserts, Saplai Lao & Thai restaurant, Pho Corner, Tandoori Flame restaurant, among others..

Mai’s first new development project is Celina Pike 1915, an 8,000 SF retail shopping center which is part of Celina Station, an 18-acre mixed-used development project at the SWC of Preston Road and Ash Street in Celina, Texas. The project is situated next to Downtown Celina, approximately 7 miles from US 380.
Associate

Nam Kim

Nam is devoted to both tenant and landlord representation. Throughout his career, he has earned the trust and respect of the companies he's worked with, and now he is committed to gaining that same trust from his clients.

Nam brings both his expertise and passion for identifying the perfect locations to the Texas Retail Services team and his clients.

Prior to joining Texas Retail Services, Nam is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in the retail and wireless industries. He has held several senior executive positions, including roles in field sales and operations for well-known national retailers. Nam began his career in 1998 in the wireless sector and, over the years, has developed expertise in various aspects of business management.

From 2002 to 2012, Nam worked with Wireless Warehouse Inc., where he spent a decade as General Manager. In this role, he not only managed the operations of the accessory wholesale business but also played a key role in launching Metro by T-Mobile in new markets such as Georgia, Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York.

In the period between 2012 and 2024, Nam shifted focus to working closely with master dealers, further expanding the distribution of authorized dealers in Georgia markets. His ability to foster strong relationships with sales teams and store support centers contributed to the company’s growing sales momentum.

Nam holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and enjoys spending his free time playing sports.
